Following an incredible debut in 2026, the Edmonton Gluten Free EXPO is returning on Saturday, October 2, 2027, at a new, larger venue: the Edmonton EXPO Centre!
Our inaugural Edmonton event welcomed over 3,500 visitors in just five hours, making it our busiest Gluten Free EXPO to date.
For 2027, we're expanding to a larger exhibition hall, extending our public hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and expecting 50+ exhibitors showcasing gluten-free products, food, beverages, and more.

All exhibitors must remain set up until the event officially closes at 6:00 PM. Detailed move-in and move-out instructions will be provided to confirmed exhibitors.

Both established brands and emerging businesses are welcome to express interest.
Important Gluten-Free Product Requirements
The Gluten Free EXPO is a dedicated gluten-free event, and the safety of our visitors is extremely important to us.
All food and beverage products sold, sampled, or displayed must be gluten-free and suitable for individuals with celiac disease.
Products labelled "May contain wheat," "May contain gluten," or "May contain traces of gluten" are NOT permitted at our events.
All food and beverage exhibitors must have appropriate gluten cross-contact prevention measures in place.
Gluten-free certification is not mandatory, but products must comply with applicable Canadian food safety and gluten-free labelling requirements.
These are our event participation standards and may be stricter than Canadian regulatory requirements.
Businesses unable to meet these requirements should not submit an exhibitor interest form.
Important Information for Popular Bakeries & High-Demand Brands
To maintain comfortable shopping aisles, reduce long lineups, and improve the visitor experience, popular bakeries and high-demand brands may be required to purchase a minimum of two booths.
The second booth receives a 30% discount.
This provides additional space for customer service, product displays, and checkout stations.
Our team will determine whether this requirement applies during the application review process.

Step 2 – Receive Detailed Exhibitor Information
We'll provide you with additional information about booth options, participation requirements, and the official application.
Step 3 – Submit Your Application
Our team reviews applications to ensure a diverse mix of businesses and products.
Step 4 – Select & Purchase Your Booth
Approved applicants receive private access to our floorplan and booth reservation page. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed upon payment.
Step 5 – Prepare for the EXPO
Confirmed exhibitors receive access to our Exhibitor Information Hub, including event instructions, required forms, deadlines, and preparation details.
