Our first-ever Gluten Free EXPO in 2025 welcomed just over 2,000 highly targeted gluten free and celiac-focused attendees — and we are proud to share that our second show in 2026 saw virtually the same strong attendance numbers, again welcoming just over 2,000 engaged visitors.
Consistency is extremely important for a growing niche consumer show. Maintaining these attendance levels in only our second year demonstrates that the Gluten Free community is actively seeking out dedicated events where they can discover products, sample new items, connect with brands, learn from experts, and shop with confidence. Unlike large generic consumer shows where only a very small percentage of attendees may be relevant customers, our audience is highly engaged and specifically attending for gluten free living.
For 2027, we are building on this strong foundation with exciting upgrades designed to improve both the exhibitor and attendee experience. Our move to the new WinSport Event Centre location brings major advantages including free parking, easier access, and no food and beverage sampling restrictions — allowing brands greater flexibility to showcase and sample products the way they were meant to be experienced. Combined with our continued investment in speaker programming, the printed show guide magazine, Whova event app, and expanded exhibitor opportunities, we are confident 2027 will deliver our strongest and most impactful event yet.

What is Gluten-Free?
Gluten-free products are those that do not contain gluten, a protein found in wheat and related grains. They are suitable for those with gluten-related disorders, such as celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. All products must be labelled as Gluten Free. Packaging without a GF label will not be tolerated.
