Our very first Gluten Free Expo in our home city of Calgary, held in April 2025, welcomed more than 2,000 visitors and featured 75 incredible exhibitors. With such a strong debut and a seamlessly executed show, we are anticipating even greater growth—both in exhibitors and attendees - for our 2026 event.

Doors Open: 10:00 AM | Doors Close: 3:00 PM**Join us at the BMO Centre at Stampede Park on April 19th, 2026 for a vibrant showcase of gluten-free products. This event unites local retailers and producers for a day of discovery, collaboration, and growth within the gluten-free community. 🎉 Enjoy sampling an exciting array of products, connecting with buyers, and diving into insightful presentations from industry experts. Whether you're introducing new offerings, strengthening connections, or entering the market, our expo provides a space for growth, learning, and shared success. 🌱🤝

Vendor Information:

  • Booth Size: 10ft x 10ft. includes 1x 8ft table, table cloth, 1x chair and 1x small trash bin.
  • Venue: BMO Center
    Regular Price: $600 | Corner Booth: $725
  • Setup: Can occur the day before or the day of the expo. (more info provided when signing up)
  • Clear Out: All vendors must be cleared by midnight or face a potential penalty of $4,000.

    Move-in/Move-out Schedule (A booking link will be sent out about 2 weeks before the show)

What is Gluten-Free?

Gluten-free products are those that do not contain gluten, a protein found in wheat and related grains. They are suitable for those with gluten-related disorders, such as celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. All products must be labelled as Gluten Free. Packaging without a GF label will not be tolerated.
