**Join us at the Edmonton Convention Centre Hall B on October 19th for a vibrant showcase of gluten-free products. Vendor Information:
- Booth Size: 10ft x 10ft.
- Booth Supplies: Comes with table, chair, table cloth and trash can. (trash will not be changed for exhibitors) (Wifi, electrical, water, sink etc not included)

Venue: Edmonton Convention Centre
Regular Price: $550 | Corner Booth: $675 - Setup: On October 18th from 12pm-6pm. Setup only on Oct 18th.

Clear Out: All vendors must be cleared by midnight or face a potential penalty of $4,000.
Move-in/Move-out Schedule (A booking link will be sent out about 2 weeks before the show)
- Cooking is allowed but needs to be approved by the convention centre. Please send in a diagram of your set up, specifics on the equipment and what you will be cooking and how.
- The Convention centre does not take any commission on food made for consumtion on site like hotdogs, nachos, etc.
- 100 Loot bags for the first 100 visitors, do you want to contribute to the loot bags? Items are free to be added and flyers are $25 to be added.
- Do you want to be on our speaker stage? Let us know and we can discuss.
- Want your logo to be featured on the $2,000 plus speaker schedule/info handouts? $50 per addition. Only 5 spots left.
- Pay by June 25th – 25% Off
- Pay by July 1st – 15% Off
- Pay by August 1st – 5% Off
- Pay by October 1st – Regular Price (All invoices due)
- Pay after October 1st – +20% Late Fee Applied

What is Gluten-Free?
Gluten-free products are those that do not contain gluten, a protein found in wheat and related grains. They are suitable for those with gluten-related disorders, such as celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. All products must be labelled as Gluten Free. Packaging without a GF label will not be tolerated.
