Gluten-Free Expo Booth Signage

To support a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, each vendor booth is clearly marked with signage indicating one of two categories:

• Celiac Safe – Verified by the vendor as safe for individuals with Celiac disease.

• May Contain up to 20ppm Gluten – Meets Health Canada/CFIA standards for "Gluten-Free," but may not be suitable for all individuals with Celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity.

This signage is displayed prominently at the top of each booth's draping, so attendees can make informed choices before lining up.

We encourage all visitors to speak directly with exhibitors about their specific dietary needs and food safety concerns. Your health and confidence in the products you try are our top priority.
