Our very first Gluten Free Expo in the city of Vancouver, held in June 2025, welcomed more than 1,500 visitors and featured 40+ incredible exhibitors. We are anticipating even greater growth - both in exhibitors and attendees - for our 2026 event as the event gains traction.

What to expect

Doors Open: 10:00 AM | Doors Close: 3:00 PM**Join us at Canada Place on September 19-20, 2026 for a vibrant showcase of gluten-free products. This event unites local retailers and producers for a day of discovery, collaboration, and growth within the gluten-free community. 🎉 Enjoy sampling an exciting array of products, connecting with buyers, and diving into insightful presentations from industry experts. Whether you're introducing new offerings, strengthening connections, or entering the market, our expo provides a space for growth, learning, and shared success. 🌱🤝

Vendor Information

Booth Details

  • Standard Booth (Inline): 10 ft x 10 ft
    Includes: One (1) 6 ft table, tablecloth, and two (2) chairs
  • Corner Booth: 10 ft x 10 ft (corner placement for increased visibility)
    Includes: One (1) 6 ft table, tablecloth, and two (2) chairs
  • Mini Booth (Startup Businesses): 10 ft x 5 ft inline booth
    Includes: One (1) 4 ft table, tablecloth, and one (1) chair

Pricing

  • Standard Booth: $800
  • Corner Booth: $900
  • Mini Booth: $500

Venue

  • Location: Canada Place
  • Note: The entire exhibition hall is fully carpeted.

Setup & Move-In

  • Day-of Setup: Event day (Sept 19) | 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Detailed instructions will be provided upon registration.
  • A move-in/move-out booking link will be shared approximately two (2) weeks prior to the event from the event centre.

Move-Out (Clear Out)

  • All vendors must fully vacate their booths by 2 hours after the event concludes on September 20
  • Failure to comply may result in a penalty of up to $4,000

Food & Cooking Guidelines

  • Light cooking is permitted, subject to approval. Please email info@cpgexop.ca
  • All food and beverage sampling must be approved by Canada Place and GF EXPO following application submission

Speaker Stage Opportunities

  • A dedicated speaker stage is available for exhibitor presentations
    (e.g., cooking demonstrations, product showcases, educational sessions)
  • If interested, please indicate this in your application
  • Limited space is available and allocated accordingly
  • The stage is also available to non-exhibitors

What is Gluten-Free?

Gluten-free products are those that do not contain gluten, a protein found in wheat and related grains. They are suitable for those with gluten-related disorders, such as celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. All products must be labelled as Gluten Free. Packaging without a GF label will not be tolerated.
